Overnight Latte Oats
Coffee, breakfast and dessert is combined in this nutritious and healthy overnight oats recipe. I am definitely in! Being able to just wake up in the morning, open the fridge and grab this treat of a breakfast is brilliant. Here is my recipe:

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats, gluten free (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk or any plant milk
  • ⅓ cup brewed coffee, hot or cold
  • 1 teaspoon cacao
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • Bananas, berries and sliced almonds (optional)
 
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place, covered, in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the oat mixture to combine, and top with fresh fruits.
