Coffee, breakfast and dessert is combined in this nutritious and healthy overnight oats recipe. I am definitely in! Being able to just wake up in the morning, open the fridge and grab this treat of a breakfast is brilliant. Here is my recipe:

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats, gluten free (optional)
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup almond milk or any plant milk
- ⅓ cup brewed coffee, hot or cold
- 1 teaspoon cacao
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
- Bananas, berries and sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix thoroughly.
- Place, covered, in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oat mixture to combine, and top with fresh fruits.
